1:1 & 2:1 Studio Policies

Booking & Scheduling

All 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates apparatus sessions are offered on a weekly or bi-weekly recurring basis to support consistency, progression, and safe practice.

Bookings are made one month at a time, scheduled midway through the previous month for clients holding a regular time slot. This allows continued commitment to your reserved session and ensures continuity in your Pilates programme.

All bookings are arranged via email.

Ad-hoc or irregular bookings are not offered.

One-Off Sessions

One-off sessions are not generally available.

A single session may be offered only to new clients who wish to experience my teaching style before committing to a regular weekly or bi-weekly booking. This session functions as an introductory and assessment session and is not intended as an ongoing booking option.

Payment

Payment is due at or before the time of the session.

Session rates:

  • 1:1 Pilates apparatus session: £50

  • 2:1 Pilates apparatus session: £55

Sessions will not proceed if payment has not been received.
